Toireasa has been compassionately nurturing, educating, supporting and counseling new parents for over 20 years as a Newborn Care Specialist. Toireasa is knowledgeable in all aspects of newborn care and has supported new families all throughout New England. Throughout the span of her lengthy career she has cared for singletons, as well as many sets of twins and triplets. Additionally she has experience with premature infants, reflux issues, newborns with seizures and feeding tubes, as well as heart and developmental complications.

Toireasa is a team player and strives to create a calm and relaxing environment experience for her clients. Her speciality is on instilling healthy sleep and feeding habits from birth, allowing the newborn(s) to gently establish a sleep pattern that slowly stretches them to sleep through the night.

When not supporting new families...
Toireasa loves art, painting, and drawing. She loves to sew and is always working on a craft project. She shares a great love for the outdoors and traveling.

Our experienced team of Night Nurses: Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists and Registered Nurses are by your side to help you transition home from the hospital. We provide education and support to help empower you to become confident parents throughout those first few months of your baby’s life.

24/7 Live in Postpartum Care

A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and sometimes referred to as a 24-hour baby nurse or 24-hour night nurse, is a highly experienced individual who specializes in newborn and infant care. Most NCS’s have undergone specialized training, background checks and have advanced knowledge in subjects such as multiples or sleep training. A NCS can work with your family for the first few weeks or months on your baby’s life and help you have a smooth transition to a nanny when the time comes.
