Sarah is dedicated to making the early stages of parenthood a joyful and fulfilling experience for families. Early in her career Sarah’s interest in early childhood development and attachment led her to work and study abroad, including as a research assistant at the Yale Infant Cognition Center. Her experiences there led her directly into her career working professionally with infants. Sarah has experience with newborns as a nanny, educator and newborn care specialist.
Sarah provides a nurturing environment for infants, where their needs are met with the utmost attention and care. She promotes a sense of security through responsive and loving interactions and by establishing comforting routines that serve both the children and adults in the household. She offers parents guidance, creative solutions, and unconditional support.

Sarah grew up in a small community on an island off the coast of Maine. She enjoys traveling, playing rugby, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is an animal-lover and believes in the positive impact pets can have on wellbeing. She loves being in nature and immersing herself in a good story.

Our experienced team of Night Nurses: Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists and Registered Nurses are by your side to help you transition home from the hospital. We provide education and support to help empower you to become confident parents throughout those first few months of your baby’s life.
24/7 Live in Postpartum Care
A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and sometimes referred to as a 24-hour baby nurse or 24-hour night nurse, is a highly experienced individual who specializes in newborn and infant care. Most NCS’s have undergone specialized training, background checks and have advanced knowledge in subjects such as multiples or sleep training. A NCS can work with your family for the first few weeks or months on your baby’s life and help you have a smooth transition to a nanny when the time comes.
