Rachael Newborn Care Specialist + Postpartum Doula

SUPPORTING FAMILIES IN NH and Northern MA

Rachael has been taking care of infants and children since 2000. Rachael studied Early Childhood Development at a local community college, which sprouted her career as a Nanny. She also worked in a large Pediatric office as a Medical Assistant.

After the birth of her second child, she thought there had to be more. More support. More love. More non-judgmental care. She sought out a Doula training and came across the missing piece in her life.

Rachael took a Birth Doula training 2011 and a Postpartum Doula training in 2014. She also became a Dancing for Birth Instructor in 2014. Rachael has never felt more blessed and honored to be a part of this community and hasn't looked back since. Rachael believes that the healthiest and happiest families are the ones that do not feel judged, are offered unbiased education, and unconditional support. Her favorite thing to say is, "A well-supported family is a happy family.”

When not supporting new families...
Rachael loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys going on walks with her puppy, gardening, running, camping, hiking, and getting active in her local girl scout programs with her daughter.
