"Michelle was absolutely wonderful. I knew as soon as we had our video interview it was a good match. She was completely professional and such a warm and kind person - exactly what I was looking for. As a single mom, I felt extremely comfortable having Michelle stay with us and felt assured my newborn was in good hands."
