Laurel Newborn Care Specialist

Laurel has been working with young children and their families for 15 years. Growing up in the foster care system, Laurel quickly took on care-taker roles. She gravitated towards infants and her focus was on forming a secure attachment with them to make a positive impact on their later development.

Her true joy comes from the early weeks and months of new life. She has experience with multiples, breastfeeding support and getting babies to sleep well utilizing gentle sleep conditioning techniques.

Laurel can be described as nurturing, strong and empathetic.

She truly believes that her calling is to nurture babies and bond families together.

When not supporting new families...
In her off time, Laurel loves spending time with her 4 children, kayaking, hiking, soccer, the arts and trips to Disney. Her philosophy is that it takes a village to raise a child!
