Karen is diligent, non-intrusive, understanding and we are fortunate to now call her a lifelong friend. She has made a special place in our family by the love that she showered on our son and on us. Her bright attitude and encouraging words helped me through my postpartum blues; furthermore she provided support to my husband while I was going through a rough patch. One of our fondest memories will be of Karen leaving hilarious notes around the house, mostly to put a smile on our tired zombie faces.
The techniques that Karen taught us have helped us establish good sleeping habits for our son. As our family grows in the future, we look forward to working with Karen again in the capacity of a NCS. However, regardless of her role as a NCS, she is now forever a part of our family and we are so grateful to have known her and been able to start the journey of parenthood with her as our cheerleader. She will be an asset and thrive, no matter where she goes or what situation is presented to her. We have nothing but praises all around for her.
