"Jill never disappointed" Besides the basic of infant care such as bathing, changing, swaddling, soothing, feeding - formula or pumped milk, she was an incredible help for a newer, young mom, who while workings important - needed strong communication about her babies and the ins and outs of their nights. She diligently tracked everything, diapers, ounces at feedings and sleep times. She was wonderful about communicating with me but this was always balanced with a "take charge" attitude that allowed me to do whatever I needed to do without numerous interruptions!

Jill is the most reliable and dependable person I have ever known. During her time with us, she was always punctual, a few minutes early even, and as such I was never waiting for her.We could always count on her to be there, as she very clearly understood the meaning if responsibility."
