Jhenelle has over 15 years of experience providing care to newborns. She started working as a Nanny supporting families in the Tristate of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She later transitioned to Newborn Care and has completed assignments with singletons, multiple and both full-term and pre-term babies.

She’s professional, very attentive, and knowledgeable in the field. She has the experience, and possesses the necessary skills to provide expert support to your baby and your family..

Jhenelle migrated up from Jamaica and resides in Maryland, but she often stays with family in Connecticut for convenience as it relates to job placements.

When she is not taking care of the little ones she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. On a very chill day you can find her at home watching a good movie, sitcom or series.

A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and sometimes referred to as a 24-hour baby nurse or 24-hour night nurse, is a highly experienced individual who specializes in newborn and infant care. Most NCS’s have undergone specialized training, background checks and have advanced knowledge in subjects such as multiples or sleep training. A NCS can work with your family for the first few weeks or months on your baby’s life and help you have a smooth transition to a nanny when the time comes.
