Nightingale Night Nurses has been supporting families since 2016! We are so grateful for all of the changes we’ve made in the lives of many. And we couldn’t do that without each and every one of our magical, amazing team of Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, and Night Nurses [RNs/LPNs]. While many reviews can be found on google, we wanted to share some that resonated with us here as well.
Couldn’t have been happier with our decision to work with Nightingale. Every interaction we had with Karina and the team was top notch. Timely responses, clear communication, and extremely professional. We were matched with an excellent overnight specialist (Dia) who was the absolute best. We’re so lucky we found her. Would give 6 stars if I could, I highly recommend working with this company!

Our Nightingale was incredibly helpful as we got our footing as new parents. She took wonderful care of our daughter and was great with our dog too, who is always attention seeking. Tymeka was the perfect fit for our family. She was professional and easygoing. As we had questions about bottle feeding, sleep cycles, swaddling and a myriad of other topics, Ty was always ready with thoughtful advice based on our baby and our situation. She was also so easy to coordinate with on scheduling and always arrived on time. We hope that we can work with Nightingales again the next go-round!

The Nightingales made a huge difference for us. Our baby was unexpectedly in the NICU at the beginning and it was unclear how long he’d be there. Karina totally put me at ease that she’d be able to figure out the schedule for us once our baby was able to come home – and she did! With a toddler already at home, being able to get that extra bit of sleep made us such better parents to both of our kids in those early weeks. It was a game changer for our mental/emotional health.
Working out the schedule with us (more than once, due to unusual circumstances!) was so helpful. I can’t imagine how complicated it is to figure it out on your end given that babies arrive whenever they want to!
Other things we loved was the quick to set up a getting-to-know you call (much more responsive than competitor services), and consideration with the matching process. Nightingales provides a quick, caring, and comprehensive service.

Our Nightingale was amazing! As first time parents, we really didn’t know what to expect—but Toireasa was there the first night we came home from the hospital and immediately helped us figure out how to parent a newborn! I had so many questions about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, burping techniques, diaper rashes, swaddling, and more, and she helped us with all of them. And most importantly, she gave us the gift of sleep! She helped me get on a pumping schedule that would allow me to maximize my sleep while also keeping our baby well fed. Toireasa was the best night nurse we could have had, and she made nighttimes for the first 8 weeks of our son’s life go so smoothly. She cared deeply for our son and he couldn’t have been in better hands!

Hiring Nightingales was hands down the best decision we made upon learning we were having twins. It allowed us to really enjoy our babies during the day and be present for each other and our older children, without feeling overwhelmed or sleep deprived. The babies learned to sleep well with gentle support and consistency. Everyone in the family benefited!
Our primary nightingale was very comfortable with multiples and very professional. We were incredibly fortunate to be paired with someone with so much experience, especially with GERD, a late preterm birth, and twins. I also felt all three night nurses in our team communicated well with each other and with us. They were very supportive of us as parents and focused on helping the babies sleep through the night in a way we could manage ourselves by the end of the contract.

Our Nightingale was an absolute lifesaver. She took amazing care of our son, letting us sleep easily knowing he was in good hands. Our Nightingale was FABULOUS. Caring, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife was getting cold feet the first night before she arrived, but when she arrived in scrubs and a mask, my wife took a audible sigh of relief, knowing our little boy was about to be in good hands. Sometimes it’s the intangible things like “looking and acting professional” that matter. During the assignment, our nightingale was absolutely perfect, she would arrive early every night, provide updates via the app; and give mom and dad good advice as first time parents. We couldn’t be happier and we’re so glad we hired Nightingales.
