Liz has spent the last 15 years fulfilling her passion of working with infants and toddlers as a nanny. After experiencing many families welcoming new babies into their homes, Liz recognized the benefit of having extra support during that exciting time. As a newborn care specialist, she has the pleasure of offering that support and education to families as they navigate this unique season of life.

She has experience with both singletons and multiples and she understands the struggles and joys of parenthood firsthand!

When not supporting new families...
Liz lives in East Providence, RI with her husband, Adrian, and their two amazing small children, Theo and Peyton, as well as their two Australian shepherds. In rare moments of solitude, you will catch her reading or indulging in her guilty pleasure, reality television.

Overnight Newborn Care

We understand how exhausting having a newborn can be. Our experienced team of Night Nurses: Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists and Registered Nurses are by your side to help you transition home from the hospital. We provide education and support to help empower you to become confident parents throughout those first few months of your baby’s life.

24/7 Live in Postpartum Care

A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and sometimes referred to as a 24-hour baby nurse or 24-hour night nurse, is a highly experienced individual who specializes in newborn and infant care. Most NCS’s have undergone specialized training, background checks and have advanced knowledge in subjects such as multiples or sleep training. A NCS can work with your family for the first few weeks or months on your baby’s life and help you have a smooth transition to a nanny when the time comes.

When your little one has sleep challenges, the whole family suffers. Understanding the science behind sleep issues is a key component for success when sleep training.
